Best pasta Pomodoro. Honey-tomatoes, olive oil, kosher salt, pinch of sugar, whole clove of arlic & basil. Bake in the oven on low heat for 3 hours. Whip up with almost ready pasta on a pan. Grate parmigiano. Eat.

4 hour lamb shank.
Season and sear the shanks in olive oil in a hot pan until crispy golden. Throw into a clay pot with a whole clove of garlic, fresh rosemary and thymes. Pour a half decent bottle of red over (A Beaujolais will do). Braise for 4 hours on LOW heat in the oven.
Eat.
